Our team consists of Managers who are not only effective, educated building managers but also construction managers, light plumbers, handy men, real estate and accounting professionals. Our family of managers will implement preventative maintenance protocols and employ best-practices for your property. We work closely with the Condo / Coop Boards and Individual Owners to get what they need and expect. We act fast with repairs and communicate throughout the process to keep our clients well informed.

This ensures that our clients and tenants can access, pay and view their accounts anywhere at anytime. Our accounting team works directly with this software which links to your financial institution so there is full transparency, accountability and access to your financials at all times.
